Ms. Delisle has been a member of L’Ordre des CRHA et CRIA du Quebec for more than ten years. She has offered her services as Human Resources A dvisor and Human Resources Director to major organisations as well as small privately owned businesses.

After an excellent career which consisted of approximately 15 years in business administration and accounting, Lise chose a major career change and pursued her studies in human resources, as she prefers to work with people more than numbers. Her constant strive and commitment to create harmony within the workplace, combined with her university degree in Prevention and Settlement of Conflict, Lise offers her expertise as mediator and conflict management within various organisations.

Ms. Delisle is a great asset to our organization, as she brings to our team her Human Resources knowledge and expertise while contributing greatly to the development and growth of our Hiring Smart division.
