Professional coach and certified trainer

M. Guillemette has worked in the insurance industry for more than 38 years with 25 years as a certified insurance broker.

After managing customers from medium to large companies within a national firm, he has joined a smaller firm in order to better serve his customers in a more personalized and independent way. He has coached several participants within different professional programs and, for many years, lead a team of interpreters for these different programs.

His main interests are in coaching and training, and according to his experience, the knowledge we acquired is insufficient to overcome the barriers.

Mr. Guillemette’s combined expertise, listening skills, and experience make him an outstanding coach and trainer. Thanks to his contribution, the LVA team is able to offer high quality professional coaching and training.
